In February 2017, we will break ground for construction of the next phase of Norris Park. This new phase will develop approximately 7.5 acres directly on the Apex Peakway. Our Plan includes a 25,000 sf multi-use, multi-tenant building which will be available for pre-lease in March, 2017. Completion is targeted for the third quarter of 2017.
As part of this development plan, we will also clear, grade and provide the foundation pad for a second building of 36,000 sf. The second building will be constructed as the market demands. The 36,000 sf building is fully approved and is available for custom up-fit for specific Tenant needs.
Both of our new buildings will be 100% sprinkled and will utilize fully insulated, tilt-up concrete panels. The same attractive store fronts, signage banners, brick veneers other features of the existing buildings, will be continued in this development phase.
All of our up-fits are performed by Bobbitt Design Build Company. The Bobbitt design team works with our prospects and Tenants to maximize space allocation; to provide full functionality; and to ensure the look and feel that our Tenants want for their new space.
