Norris Park is Apex’s premier Business Park for office, warehouse and flex space users. The Park includes: a.) 6 multi-Tenant buildings with spaces ranging from 2,500 sf to 10,000+sf; b.) one 121,000 sf warehouse/distribution center; and c.) space for future growth or build to suit opportunities.
The primary zoning in The Park is Apex’s TF (Tech/Flex) category. This zoning allows for individual Tenant spaces with high ceilings, attractive “store front” entrances, roll-up warehouse doors, truck courts and common dumpster areas. Our Tech/Flex zoning, along with the Park’s design, enables us to accommodate a wide range of business users including: high tech and engineering, office, research and development, assembly, distribution, showrooms, teaching and recreational.
Our “flex” buildings are of the highest quality, tilt-up concrete construction. Tilt-up concrete provides many advantages over metal walled buildings, including; security, excellent temperature control, attractiveness and low maintenance. Citadel Contractors, Inc. builds all of our concrete buildings, and is a tenant in Norris Park.
Our buildings offer attractive storefronts and parking at the front door. Steps and parking garages do not exist at Norris Park. The newest buildings are 100% sprinkled and have insulated, tilt-up wall panels.
The park is safe, well lighted and surrounded by other business properties. There are no residential housing units of any kind adjoining or backing up to the Norris Park property.
Each Tenant has a dedicated space on the building for its signage and a logo, which can easily be seen from Perry Road or the Apex Peakway.
The owners maintain an office on site and are available daily for Tenant assistance and support.
1229 PERRY ROAD Building
This property was acquired by Norris Park in 2012. While it was not part of the original Norris Park Master Plan, it is a multi-use, 22,500 sf “flex” building that is immediately adjacent to the original Park. Tenants in this building include City Electric, Inc., NetPlanners and BruePrint Brewing.
1101 PERRY ROAD Building
This 121,000 sf distribution/warehouse facility was built in 1990. The facility has 13 dock doors with dock levelers, parking for cars and tractor trailers. This is a single Tenant building.
