Build to Suit Opportunities
In early 2017, we will break ground for construction of the next phase of Norris Park. Our new phase will include the development of approximately 7.5 acres and will include a 25,000 sf multi-use, multi-tenant building to be built immediately. Occupancy is targeted for the third quarter of 2017. As part of our development, we will also clear, grade and provide the foundation pad for a second building of 36,000 sf. The second building will be constructed as the market demands. The 36,000 sf building is fully approved and is available for custom up-fit to suit the specific needs of the Tenant. All of our up-fits are performed by Bobbitt Design Build Company. The Bobbitt design team works with our prospects and Tenants to give them the exact functionality, space allocations, looks and feel that our Tenants want for their businesses.
Both of our new buildings will be 100% sprinkled and will utilize fully insulated, tilt-up concrete panels. The same attractive store fronts, signage banners, brick veneers other features of the existing buildings, will be continued in this development phase.
