Jimmy is co-owner of the Park along with his brother Charles King. Jimmy spends full time developing, leasing and managing the Norris Park complex. Jimmy’s office is conveniently located at 3455 Apex Peakway, right in the heart of the Park. Jimmy is a CPA and spend 10 year in public practice in the 1970’s. Jimmy and Charles owned and ran the Garland C. Norris Co. from 1982 until 2014. Jimmy is active in local business affairs and has served on various committees for the Town of Apex and the Apex Chamber of Commerce. Jimmy is dedicated to keeping his Tenants happy and well informed of activities and developments in Norris Park and the surrounding community.

Charles King

Charles is co-owner of the Park along with his brother Jimmy. Charles has played a major role in the growth and development of the Park over the years. Charles is personally aware of all of the activities in the Park. Charles enjoys a wide range of activities and interests, including a personal farm in Western NC. Charles is also a CPA by training.

Les Pearce

A Raleigh native and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill Business School, Les's experience includes 17 years with Progress Energy, where he was manager of corporate real estate and responsible for over $500 million of land and facilities. Les is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He joined Dillon Commercial in April of 2000, where he specializes in acquisition and sales of investment properties, land acquisition and tenant representation.
