Locations that allow for short, easy commutes offer a benefit that we all enjoy. No one wants to be sitting in traffic when they could be home with family, or recreating or enjoying other personal endeavors. Likewise, easy to find businesses are appreciated by our customers, vendors, visitors and others.

For people located in Apex, NC our location could not be easier. We are directly on the Apex Peakway, the loop road that circles the historical, downtown shopping area. For visitors traveling North/South, we are about 1 mile from the intersection of US #1 and NC Highway #55. For visitors traveling East/West, we are approximately 3 miles from US Highway #64 and 7 miles from US I440.

The Research Triangle Park and the Raleigh/Durham Airport are about 20 minutes away.

NC State University, UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University are each about 35 minutes from our Park.

Work/Life Balance

Norris Park is in the heart of Apex, Money Magazine’s #1 Small Town in America. We are a short drive to Cary, NC to the north and Holly Springs, NC to the south. All three communities are vibrant, growing, communities that offer great schools and plethora of recreational and family activities.

Utilities & Services

Apex, through ElectriCities of NC provides electrical service to residents and businesses within the city limits of Apex. The rates are highly competitive, the maintenance facilities are only 5 minutes from Norris Park, and service is initiated with a simple application at Town Hall.

The Park is served by both TimeWarner and ATT for voice and data needs. Each Tenant is allowed to choose their preferred carrier, internet speeds, etc. and to make their own decisions about their voice and data plans directly with their carrier. Tenants also make their own arrangements with Public Service Gas for their space and hot water heaters.

Water and Sewer services are provided by the Town of Apex. These services are included in the Common Area maintenance fees for flex space Tenants.

Key Features

We offer a variety of floor plans and layouts in our existing buildings, and we will custom build the office/warehouse space for a Tenant in our newly constructed buildings. Virtually every space includes common elements of:

  • a private office for the owner/manager/decision maker
  • a variety of work spaces for employees (open areas or fixed will offices are available)
  • a conference room or conference space
  • a break room area, typically with a sink, fridge and supplies storage
  • a space for copy machine, office supplies, mail, etc.
  • a warehouse area with exterior access and a loading high door. (The warehouse space may be heated or heated and cooled, based on the Tenant’s needs)

We use a custom, design build approach when working with Tenants on their individual needs, space planning and specialty features. From there we go immediately into plan design and begin working with the Town of Apex for permit approval. Depending on the timing, the size and the uniqueness of the plan; a permitted up-fit typically takes 4 months from start to finish.
