Potential Opportunity
We have allocated approximately 12 acres at the corner of South Hughes Street and Perry Road as a future site for an OFFICE-INSTITUTIONAL user ( as defined by the Town of Apex UDO), or for a sports or athletic user. We believe O&I fits nicely with the residences along Hughes Street and with the Rex Healthcare facility and with the Cambridge Living Center also on South Hughes Street.
We are open to discussing any potential opportunity. We have no immediate development plans at the current time.
Approximately 6 acres of this site is an open field which we maintain. This space is used by the Apex Sports Authority for its lacrosse and little league football team activities. The field is also available for use by any of the citizens of Apex, for their own recreational uses. Please also see Norris Park Soccer Field.
